Thanks for visiting my site. I started this blog to guilt myself into getting into shape. I thought that if I made my goals public, I would be more likely to achieve them. It is simply the way I am wired. I need something to work towards and by sharing with you all, I am using guilt as a catalyst – like any product of Catholic school education would do.
The goal was to be 200 lbs or less by the time I celebrated my 50th birthday on December 17, 2017. It didn’t work and I wrote about it here. Since then, it got worse…and then it got better…and then it got worse again. Check out the posts at #Fitat50 by clicking on the Homo (Sapien) link for all the details. I am still a work in progress.
As my focus migrated away from my fitness, I put my energy into remodeling a few homes I was fortunate enough to own. You can see those under the House Projects tab.
