I had my fitness assessment at Equinox yesterday and to say it was ugly is an understatement. I was expecting the weight number but the body fat percentage took me by surprise. I have a bit more work to do than I anticipated.
So here are my official starting numbers as of 1/2/17:
- Weight: 241.6 lbs
- Body Fat: 29.5% (!!!!)
Again, my goal weight is 200 lbs or less by 12/17/17. Let’s add to the goal of reducing my body fat to 20% with a stretch goal of 15%
We all have to start somewhere, right? I have my first training session on Thursday at 7 AM. In the meantime, time to clean up the diet and work on portion control. More about that later.

Since I will obviously be at your 50th in December (wherever that may be, I’m joining! My goal is 25 pounds. Let’s go!!! So proud of you for undertaking and motivating. 🙂
